It is with sadness that we announce that our 2000 Sullivan Award winner and sporting clays enthusiast, Richard Hamilton, recently passed away at the age of 97 in Seymour, Indiana.
Richard was a World War II veteran who served in the Army Air Force and was an avid outdoorsman and shooter. Visitation for Richard will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Voss and Son’s Funeral Home in Seymour followed by a graveside service at Riverview Cemetery at 2:00p.m. where military honors will be conducted. A celebration of Richard’s life will immediately follow the graveside service at Vat & Barrel.
